| Lead Time |
The following guidelines apply to the Stock range from receipt of the relevant final approval artwork and/or copy.
Plain Stock (excluding Executive range and wallets) 1 week
Plain Stock from Executive range & wallets 3/4 weeks
Blocked/Embossed stock 3/4 weeks
Special Matter 4/5 weeks
Every effort will be made to achieve the above lead-times however they cannot be guarenteed and we cannot be held responible nor accept any liability should the date be missed. Production times may vary slightly in the peak season prior to Christmas. |
| Delivery |
All carriage is charged extra, our standard service is 2/3 day by carrier, special arrangements can be made on request and additional costs will be charged as specified on the price list. |
| Multi Despatch |
Orders which request a multi delivery to different addresses will incur an additional charge, please contact our sales office for a quotation. |
| Quantities |
Whilst we always aim to provide exact quantities, we do however reserve the right to despatch 5% over or under the quantity ordered. It is impossible to produce an exact quantity for orders. |
| Damages |
All goods should be examined at the time of receipt and any complaints regarding damaged or faulty goods reported in writing within three working days. |
| Cancellations |
In the unlikely event of cancellations, written notice should be given immediately and no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of production. Any manufacturing or material costs will be invoiced including the cost of any artwork origination, printing or blocking die(s). Minimum cancellation charge £200.00 |
